RULES AND REGULATIONS

Entry Form

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ENTRY:

1. All entrants must complete an entry form.
2. No entries will be accepted after Monday August 25th, 2008.
3. Finalists will be informed via telephone and by a letter.
4. Finalists will be required to bring the prepared recipe for final judging to the Medical Benefits Scheme Road Show event at Glanville September 14th, 2008.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RECIPES:

1. All ingredients must be available locally.
2. Measurements and directions should be clearly stated.
3. Sugar substitutes may be used instead of sugar.
4. More than one entry is permissible.

CONSIDERATIONS FROM JUDGES:

1. Representation and combination of food groups
2. Creativity
3. Clarity of recipe instructions
4. Ease and simplicity of directions
5. Affordability of ingredients.
